The Seven Wonders
The Bells at All Saint's, Gresford
Pistyll Rhaeadr and Wrexham steeple,
Snowdon's mountain without its people,
Overton yew trees, St Winefride's Well,
Llangollen Bridge and Gresford bells.
This anonymous 18th century poem was the beginning of the Seven Wonders of Wales. The Kentigern Arms will arrange a 3 day trip to visit each of the Seven Wonders - the first day concentrating on Gresford, Wrexham and Holywell, the second to Overton and Llangollen and the final day will be spent in Snowden.
Parties of up to four people can be catered for at only £100 per person, per night. Although the price may seem slightly high, included is 3 night's bed and breakfast with an evening meal (£300 per person), transport and guide to each of the seven wonders and a free bar back at the Kentigern Arms during opening hours.
